A facial is a pampering procedure which involves having a treatment applied to your face. There are 100s of different types of facials on the market but popular ones include anti ageing, sensitive skin, antioxidant, deep clensing and aromatherepy facials. It will usually involve facial massages to open up the pores, increase blood flow and relax you. Sometimes it will involve steaming or heat to open up the pores but usually it is just the application of creams and lotions which are massaged on to your face. Some people might have an exfoliation treatment in order to get rid of any black heads.
