Secret Salons US is operated by Secret Salons Ltd. The Site is an independent directory of beauty, hair, nail, barber, spa and wellness venues across the United States. We do not own, operate or manage any of the salons listed.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site to search for salons, read reviews, contact venues, list your own salon, and submit reviews. You agree to provide accurate information, use the Site lawfully, not impersonate others, not submit reviews you did not author or for venues you have not visited, not use automated tools (scrapers, bots, AI agents) to extract content without prior written consent, and not interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
3. Listings
Salon listings come from public sources, salon owners, and our editorial team. While we work hard to keep listings accurate, we cannot guarantee that every detail is current. Always confirm details directly with the salon before booking. Spotted something wrong? Contact us.
4. Salon owners
By submitting a listing you confirm you are authorised to act on behalf of the venue, the information you provide is accurate, you hold the necessary licenses and insurance to operate, and you will comply with applicable consumer-protection laws. We reserve the right to refuse, remove or edit any listing that breaches these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Premium listings are paid subscriptions billed in US Dollars (USD) through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops the next billing cycle and the listing remains Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and only where required by law.
6. Reviews
Reviews are personal opinions of the people who post them. We remove reviews containing profanity, threats, hate speech or harassment; that reveal personal information about employees or customers; that are clearly fake, paid or written by a competitor; or that are unrelated to the salon experience. Salons cannot pay to remove honest negative reviews.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, our brand marks (Secret Salons name and logo) and our editorial content are the property of Secret Salons Ltd. You may link to public pages but you may not copy, scrape, redistribute or train AI models on our content without prior written permission. Salon-supplied content remains the property of the salon; by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the Site.
8. Bookings and transactions
When you book or enquire through the Site, the contract for services is between you and the salon, not Secret Salons. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of services provided by listed venues.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". We make no warranties about its availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by US law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site is limited to USD 100 or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.

Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cancellation right on subscriptions started online; refunds beyond this are issued on a case-by-case basis.
