Would have put no stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever encountered, bar none. Got a promotional voucher for a friend's birthday, booked it in, then her plans changed. Not only would they not let me change it, they made up a story that they'd spoken to her and she'd booked it in. It took three days to book the appointment in in the first place, as they took my number and never called me back. They called me a liar twice when I told them I'd already given the promotional code. The opposite of relaxation. No wonder they have to give promotions to coax people through the doors. Horrendous. Never go - there are so many salons in Edinburgh, what kind of business treats their customers like this?!
