West Thai Yoga Massage

With over 20 years experience as a massage therapist Elena West is now working in Truro Cornwall. Thai yoga massage is performed with the client fully clothed (so please wear something loose and comfortable) and lying on the special mat on the floor. The massage consists of presses on the muscles and stretches similar to yoga but as a pair assisted by the therapist to increase flexibility and release tension and pain from the muscles. After a Thai Yoga Massage you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated, and you should feel more flexible with less stiffness in joints and muscles.
