Love this company. The attention to detail is always appreciated, and even though I am one of many customers, the notes inside their boxes personally addressing you makes it somehow feel you are someone and not just another sale. Plus the very thoughtful surprise additions in each box shows an additional level of care that is invaluable and very much appreciated.

This was my first time ordering from Weather and Palette, they emailed me to follow up and see if I had received my order which I hadn’t, it was still with evri after over a week. My order was a Christmas present so was getting worried about it. They resent my order straight away on next day delivery and added a little extra for the inconvenience. Thankfully my order has arrived just in time for Christmas. The customer service was excellent and would definitely recommend this company.
