Uplift Massage & Spa

Booked online. When booking print was very tiny on service provider so I did not see it. I arrived for my service and saw that it was a male therapist, I expressed my being uncomfortable with a male doing my massage. The owner said that I would be charged the full amount but I could have 50% off my next visit. Yes it was my mistake but in my defense the print was very very tiny on choosing the therapist. I agreed to go with the male therapist especially of I was being charged full price but expressed I wasn't super happy about it. The therapist chose not to do the massage and that's fine. I'm sure he was fine but I've had an awful experience with a male therapist and so am very careful when booking. Yes my fault and asked to be rescheduled because it was my fault. Was denied unless I wanted to pay full price. That's super great guest services. I would've even been fine with paying 50% for reschedule bur not full price. Felt violated all over again at Uplift Massage and Spa

The visit was a Mother’s Day gift to me from my daughter. It was the best Mother’s Day gift ever everything about the visit and the place was phenomenal. The atmosphere was great. The customer service was great. The tech was great. Everything about it was great. I would definitely book again. Danny was my tech. He did an awesome job

I booked a couples massage for my husband’s birthday and this was also our first massage experience. They made us feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. They went over any questions/concerns, checked in with us throughout the massage and then explained after care when it was done (to drink lots of water, may be sore etc). We were so relaxed when we left. We definitely plan on going back! 10/10
