Worst experience I have ever had with my hair. Had a Brazilian Blow Dry. I had had this treatment before, with amazing results (at Rush London). Here, they completely ruined it by singeing it. I have had to have loads cut off. I have been given my money back but despite trying to arrange to come in and discuss with the people who murdered my hair what had happened, they are not responding and seem to want me to just go away. I have asked on three occasions how long they have been doing this treatment and different people have given me different answers ranging from 2 to 10 months. I think they have no experience or inadequate training in this procedure. Not enough product was put on and then it was completely fried with hot straighteners. Worse is that they have treated me dishonestly and the follow-up has been hopeless.Please do not get your hair done here, not to be trusted. It might be a national chain but they are incompetent. My hair has been destroyed, it is now starting to come out. Avoid!!!!
