I am very disappointed on how my hair was left. I drove from Fort collins because Hailey who I've gone for a while moved down there. I have major anxiety when it comes to cutting my hair and I only trusted her. I love how sweat she is and as a person. I'm not sure what happened this time, but my anxiety came back. I asked for bangs that I can still put off to my side but I ended up with very very short bangs I asked for layers but the layers aren't even blended. And the bottom looks like I have a random pieace of extensions. I am soo sad. I loved my hair it was down to my waist. I did call to see if I could get a refund, but due to it being more then 7 days, it wasnt possible, due to that hair grows once 7 days have passed. It was 10 days and I hate confronting, but I was crying every night to my family and they told me just call maybe you can get something back to go somehwere closer to home. Crazy that it can grow maybe up to 0.1 inches in a week. I feel like I have a mullet or I'm not sure what I would call this. This also offered to go back for free to get it fix but after a bad experience you usually do not want to return. I just needed a refund to try to fix it somewhere closer to me since it's hard to find a babysitter to make the drive all the way over there. This was my 1st and unfortunately my last experience here.

Deana is my stylist and she's phenomenal. Everyone here is great really. I have gone through several different hairstyles and Deana has never failed to deliver exactly what I was looking for each time, which is saying something because I've tried countless salons and barbers and I won't go to the same place twice if I didn't like something about the cut, but Deana has been my stylist for nearly 2 years now and I have a biweekly appointment booked a whole year in advance. The people here are so friendly and attentive. The salon gives new customers a thank you letter and discount cards. I have NEVER experienced anything like that, but was very pleasantly surprised. A big shout out to Hailey!! She sat down with me to understand exactly what I wanted and continued to ask along the way. I never felt like I was being ignored. Plus, she is friendly and very easy to talk to. I will definitely be going back.
