I turned up during opening hours to get a quick tan in before catching a train and the shop was closed. I waited around for 10 minutes and called and no one came or picked up. So frustrating when I had planned my day and trip around it!

Been using (clapham high st) for 7 years - new staff unfortunately not as good - repeatedly now, pre booked slots not ready on time - they allow walk ins ahead of you and make you wait - pity as used to be run so well
