The Tanning Shop South Kensington

I called and made booking. On prompt arrival I payed and asked to wait for 8 min. I waited for 30 minutes and sunbed still was not available!!! What is the point of making booking? My money was not refund to me. To get my money back I have to Call to ‘main’ office. I had to spend all my lunch time for this nonsense and not had chance to use sunbed. If I can give minus starts I would. Not deserve one star. It’s happened on 12.07.2024 reservation at 11:20. Receptionist extremity rude.

A very disappointing experience with the sun angel today. The temperature was so high, I nearly collapsed (I use a sauna regularly so I’m used to heat but this was another level). I have used this sunbed in the past but this was different. There was no possibility to adjust the temperature. All the buttons were broken. It is possible that the subbed is broken down as it wouldn’t even start unless you press the button in the wall (none of the buttons on the bed worked). When I finished, the receptionist told me that the ventilation is broken down as well. This shop should not be operating!!!
