Love the salon, hate the policy of charging for service if not within 24 hours to cancel or change. I called within a couple of hours of the 24 hours the day before my appointment. I was still wanting part of my service. They said I had to pay half of what my color was going to cost. 160 dollars. I can see this happening if you call the day of the appointment. I am a small business owner and run it myself. Only had time for cut not color. They obviously can pick and choose their clientele. The receptionist or owner could care less obviously. I have been going here for a long time. Very disappointed in the lack of any kind of understanding. Will never go back.

This place has top-notch, experienced professionals without the pretentious atmosphere that some of your better salons tend to have. I had to modify my appointment time, & Rory took care of me by explaining the free consultation and differences in services. She was very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. Denise was amazing. She spent time discussing exactly what I wanted in color, & she took time to explain the ingredients of products and what benefits they provide for my hair. Now, I actually understand the real reasoning of using better products, and I didn't feel rushed... The best part is that I absolutely LOVE my color. It was exactly what I was going for. Overall, it was a fabulous experience!!!

We had a great experience at The Masters Salon and will definitely be returning! My mom had requested a perm for her birthday (after 2 previous perms at another salon failed to "take" in the last few years.) It's difficult to find anyone who offers perms, so I was thrilled The Masters offers this service. I can't say enough nice things about the staff at The Masters! They were all so kind and personable! They made my mom feel so special (it was her birthday and they went above and beyond!!) Mom had Denise as her stylist, who worked previously at a Paul Mitchell Institute as an instructor, so she definitely knows what she's doing! She gave my mom a great perm and flattering cut :) We're very happy with the results - mom looks amazing! While waiting for mom, I got some facial waxing done with Amber, and she did a great job cleaning up and shaping my eyebrows while keeping them natural looking. :) This is our new salon. (I mean, they have astronauts as their clientele and the owner did hair on the movie The Hunger Games! So cool!)
