I first went to see Alice in October 2024 to see if she could help with IBS symptoms. I suffered with bloating, bowel issues and during attacks bad stomach cramps. I had been prescribed Mebeverine by my GP to take during attacks. Alice was great, I felt very relaxed. After leaving the session I followed Alice’s advice and I have definitely seen quite a difference. I have not had an IBS attack since October and my bowel issues have improved a lot. The bloating comes and goes, but has also improved compared to how it was before. And I am completely off the Mebeverine medication . I went back for a 2nd session in December and many of the food groups that previously irritated my gut were no longer an issue. Thank you Alice x

I took my daughter to see Alice in October and had no idea what to expect but have been blown away by the results. My daughter had real trouble getting to sleep and would only go to sleep on the sofa, would never sleep through the night in her own bed and seemed to have a real fear of swimming in a pool if someone wasn’t holding on to her. In just a month with Alice’s expertise she now goes to bed on her own, sleeps through every evening in her own bed and last week swam completely by herself. This has made the biggest difference to our evenings and most importantly my daughter. I can’t wait to go back to Alice for my own session. Would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Alice x
