The Fulham Clinic SW6

My friend gave me £40 vouchers for a massage here. The expiry was only 6 months which i didn't realise. I'd been unbelievably busy at work, working over 70 hours a week so when the time finally came for me to be able to use them i found out they'd run out a week before. Obviously I was furious with myself but everyone I know reassured me they'd still accept them - after all they'd been paid the money! I called and explained what had happened, acknowledging total responsibility but graciously asking if they could please, please honour them. They REFUSED! I literally can't believe it. So they've pocketed £40 for nothing and don't seem to care that i'd never use the place again. I'm in a very embarrassing position with my friend who bought me the vouchers. My entire outtake from dealing with this place is that all they care about is money. It's not the staff's fault, they are all nice. Unfortunately the guy who runs it doesn't have a clue. Don't give them your money, go elsewhere where they know how to treat people. They were out of date by a week, the money had already been paid, why on earth wouldn't they just honour them and gain a new customer out if it?!
