The Day Spa

The steam showers look moldy with multiple broken shower heads. Also, Don't buy a "package" of 5 massages. When I was scheduling the appointments for my mom and I, the scheduler said that we had one more massage left in the package and that we needed to schedule/use it before the expiration date. When we went in for that last massage they said we owed for the service because our packages had been used up. We felt tricked into scheduling appointments that we did not want and the staff was rude when resolving the situation. We ended up paying for services that we did not want and would not have scheduled if the Day Spa scheduler had not told us that it was part of our package. Buyer beware. All things considered, and even though the masseuse's have been wonderful, I won't be back. I can overlook the dilapidated/moldy looking showers (just skip it) but nothing ruins a relaxing spa service like rude counter people/schedulers and paying almost 200 hundred dollars for services you were told were included.

The Day Spa is a wonderful place to host a relaxing group gathering. I recently had my bachelorrete party there, and all 7 girls commented on what a great idea it was. I recommend booking the bonus room as it's a nice spot to chat with one another in between treatments and is near the public sanctuary, making it a convenient place to be picked up and dropped off from treatments by the technicians. You can also purchase drink and snack options that are set up in there for your group. We did the parfait boards and mimosa bar, delicious! We enjoyed the group spa package, which included the custom facial (a group favorite), the anti-stress treatment, and the zero-gravity chair massage. Hailey was amazing at coordinating everything for our group, and the front desk ladies were welcoming and helpful. Not to mention, the technicians did wonderful work! It was nice to have that quiet treatment time amidst a day full of socializing. I am adding a couple's day at The Day Spa to my wedding registry!
