The Beauty Studio

I went into the studio o claim my mothers free loyalty gifts. I am very familiar with the Clarins products on offer, however I was incredibly patronised and told how I should treat my skin and that my foundation colour was not correct etc. I became very irritated when the lady started telling me (not suggesting) the products I Should claim with the free points. I insisted I wanted a cream foundation which she begrudgiling matched to my skin tone. A month later my product arrived. Not only was it a powder when I had clearly asked for liquid, it was beige!!!!! Having fair skin, my supposedly exciting gift is useless to me and was unpleasant to claim in the first place. Don't bother going in, rude and invasive customer service that lets own the Clarins brand.

The salon was very welcoming from the receptionist to the therapists. It was very clean and bright with soothing music in the background. The display of products available to purchase was clear, bright and well stocked. I will certainly be returning for further treatments when I am in the area.
