I’ve been a member for about 5 months now and I’m enjoying it very much. It took a couple of appointments with different therapists and then I got Nick by sheer luck and he is amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and explains everything as he works through various methods to get tense knotted muscles to release. He’s very professional and continuously provides tips for stretching and at home remedies to help alleviate pain and tension in sore or bound up muscles and fascia. I have a deep love for CrossFit and horse riding along with a desk job, which leaves me with ongoing muscle aches and pains. The massages have been so helpful to maintain a balance in my wellness routine. Using membership credits is easy as is leaving tips for the therapist. When I have time I like to relax in the cozy sitting areas and drink some tea. The tones are soft and comfy. The lockers, changing rooms and bathroom are all very nicely appointed. The lobby is inviting and they always have very nice products to peruse and purchase. I’ve found quite a few unique pieces of jewelry that I always get compliments on. The only thing that I do not care for is their online scheduling and booking. The system is terrible and never works properly. I have found it easier to book a few appointments out when I’m checking out with the receptionist.

I have been dealing with some obnoxious breakouts recently so I scheduled a classic facial with Lisa. This was my first time here so I wasn’t expecting the nice robe to change into (very spa-like). Between the added time to get cozy and some paperwork I had to fill out it ran into the start of my appointment. Once I was changed and in the relaxation room, Lisa took me back right away. Had I gotten there a little earlier there was a warmer with neck pillows and an assortment of teas to enjoy. The facial was very relaxing. She explained the products she was using and also advised how I could help my problem areas at home to keep my skin nice. Between the skin pampering and some massaging while the products worked. It was a great way to decompress after work. My skin was so hydrated afterward and 4 days later I have seen a lot of improvement with my problems areas. I would definitely recommend Lisa and look forward to my next service with her. Spavia was a nice balance of convenient spa service like other chains and upscale spa atmosphere without the price tag of the casino spas.

Spavia team always makes me feel so pampered and taken care of from the front desk to the practitioners. I just had one of the best massages I've ever had with Nick. You can tell he truly cares and deeply understands the body and I can't recommend him enough. I had the deep tissue after several flights and weeks of travel and left feeling so much lighter and refreshed.
