5 Stars - Absolutely Amazing Experience at Sparrow Salon! I cannot say enough great things about Sparrow Salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and stylish. The staff are not only incredibly friendly but also true professionals who really know their craft. My haircut was nothing short of perfection. The stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and gave me a look that suits my face shape and lifestyle perfectly. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with the result! The salon is beautifully maintained and has such a calming, creative energy. They clearly care about their clients and go above and beyond to make each visit special. If you're looking for a place that combines talent, care, and an amazing vibe, Sparrow Salon is it. Highly recommend—I'll definitely be coming back!

Writing this on behalf of my wife: I had an appointment with Stephanie. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new stylist. I have learned that my favorite cuts are always diva curl certified hairstylists, which Stephanie is. If you’ve ever gotten a diva cut, you know they take approximately 45 minutes to an hour which justifies the average price of $150+. It’s meticulous and thorough, cutting layer by layer curl by curl, which is why I don’t mind paying the high price. THIS WAS NOT A DIVA CUT. The cut alone did not last more than 15 minutes. My curls were completely disrupted as she pulled them through her fingers and chopped into the hair without much precision. I was extremely disappointed. I wanted to give the salon another chance so I called and respectfully asked if there was someone else with a cutting style closer to diva cut who could fix my hair. She told me that if I were to see another stylist, I would have to pay the full amount again, and referred me back to Stephanie. I went in and gave Stephanie another chance because I really didn’t like my hair. Again the cut lasted no longer than 15 minutes, and I really don’t like the final product. Sadly, I will be growing my hair out and doing research to find another stylist. Overall, the salon is pretty and Stephanie and the other stylist are very nice, but if you are expecting a diva cut, this is not your place.
