I booked a full-body deep tissue massage, and as an avid runner and cyclist who spends much of the day at a desk, I often suffer from body aches. The staff at Spa & Massage were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with the most amazing cup of tea—honestly, I’d return just for that tea (it was soo good!). The treatment itself was nothing short of amazing. The room was calming and I had plenty of time to settle in before the massage began. The deep tissue work was exactly what I needed, and the lavender oil used was so smooth, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. This was undoubtedly one of the best massages I’ve ever had, definitely the top one in London and I’ve already decided to add monthly sessions to my routine. I highly recommend Spa & Massage, especially the Earls Court branch. It’s a gem!

The perfect birthday gift!! I had the loveliest massage at Spa & Massage on my birthday and it was a great way to unwind. I can often find massages quite painful if they are done too hard, however my masseuse asked how I liked it and was very light and gentle with me, constantly checking that I was enjoying the experience. Both before and after my massage I had hot tea and water for hydration and all the staff were very friendly. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my experience. Definitely a great gift for yourself or for a loved one.
