Really bad customer service. Dropped by only to ask for the availability of the beauty therapist for a simple service, just nail gel removal. She told me she didn’t have any available slots. Right after I checked their Treatwell and they had 2 spaces in the next hour. Looks like they didn’t want to work at all for only £5, which is the price of this service. Laziness? Won’t be coming back.

I have been going to Skin Retreat regularly almost since the salon opened. It feels like a second home! All my treatments are always expertly done and the therapists are extremely friendly. My therapist, Jenny, chats with me in such a relaxed manner that I often forget I am having a horrid Brazillian wax! I have my nails done frequently and Skin Retreat always has a dazzling array of colours from which to choose! I love this salon and I will not go anywhere else, despite the fact that it is a bit of a way from my house.
