The reception staff were friendly. The therapist was ok but I remained unimpressed with the treatment itself. The glycolic peel was applied for a few minutes then removed after which a mask was applied. The whole treatment was under 10 minutes. After which, the therapist was ready to usher me out however I had to remind her that the deal specified a skin assessment as well as a goody bag - something she did not seem to be aware of. I would not buy the deal again or recommend anyone else to either.
