YOU WILL NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU EXPECT, DON'T PART WITH YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I bought a wowcher for 4 thread vein treatments costing £79. I went for a treatment/consultation but was told I could not have the treatment as my leg was suntanned.I went to Kos at the end of October so had to wait to re-book, have now tried to contact them on 4 ocassions but all I get is an answer phone message also left a mobile message and though leaving my number I have had no response for 3 days. Have contacted Wowcher but no response as yet.Today I have tried to contact them and again expressed my concern that they have taken my money but have not offered me any treatment, let them know that I have informed wowcher of their appauling service and that if I did not here from them I too would be contacting Trading standards.

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING TO ZEN HEALTH AND BEAUTY IN CALEDONIAN ROAD, ISLINGTON Disgusting service. I was verbally abused by a member of staff at the salon and treated in the most unprofessional and threatening way. I booked through groupon.com and when I turned up there was a double booking of me and another girl. There was no apology made and I was aggressively asked to leave. When questioning why I was not having the massage she turned aggressive and abusive. I strongly advise not to visit this awful clinic. As a young alone companied individual I left feeling extremely shaken and in total shock.
