Since he made the recent move from Columbia to Charleston, I would make the 5-hour round trip just to sit in his chair each chance I got. Lauren did a wonderful job putting my daughter at ease with a haircut after having a previously traumatic experience. She gave her the full salon experience-- and my daughter was beaming at the end. My daughter is only six years old, but Lauren treated her with dignity, gentleness, and respect; she asked what my daughter's preferences were and how she wanted her hair to be cut. It was cool to watch my daughter light up with excitement as she was given some autonomy in the decision making process. My young son was with us and he was unusually rambunctious but it's didn't seem to bother anyone in the salon. They welcomed my children calmly and with smiles. Lauren even treated my daughter to a feather in her hair at the end which she has now shown to everyone she has encountered. My daughter went from "never wanting to cut my hair ever again" to "when can we go back?!" That is all thanks to Lauren and Olliver Lux Hair Society. We will definitely be back and we thank you sincerely for helping us overcome a mental hurdle, replacing anxiety and fear with confidence and peace.

Lauren did my hair for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! We had a consultation beforehand where she really took the time to understand my vision.
