I went there this month (Jan2014) and had two treatments: a Brazilian waxing with an Advanced Therapist and eyebrow threading with a Senior Therapist. Brazilian: the actual procedure was relatively comfortable and quick, however I haven't seen my therapist wash hands before the treatment. However; I was very sore by the end of the day and the ext day I developed scabs on my skin in the delicate area, red, dry, sore and scaly. Threading: the therapist didn't look properly at my eyebrows, she simply started threading. The effect is eyebrows that are ridiculously round, and lack definition. Nuisance. Luckily she hasn't over plucked them. Would not recommend. I had a manicure there in the past - the therapist was using a dry thick varnish and she was painting my cuticles !! I also had a back massage there and I had to ask my partner for a massage the next day as I had a very uncomfortable back as a result.
