I went in to get a haircut with Karely, she was so sweet and made the experience so easy. She really listened to what I wanted for my haircut and delivered exactly what I asked for. I definitely recommend coming here and definitely recommend Karely for all your hair needs!

Marina at MKC did an excellent job on my hair. She cut, blow dried and died it using Balayage. She was patient and professional. All the stylist there are very talented.

I went in there to donate my hair. I believe my stylist is Marina. I asked for an even length of hair bc I wanted Liberty spikes and keep two strands in the front. She said she didn’t know what that even was and I should get, “a normal girl haircut” and wanted to force me into getting a pixie haircut and said it’s be 80 dollars which I would’ve paid for but that’s not what I wanted and we didn’t even have a full established conversation about. I could tell she was mad. I just said I wanted and even length, the top wouldn’t be longer than the bottom part and vice versa. You’d think someone who went to school for this and paid to go would use some brain cells and tell me she couldn’t do the job or actually know what she was doing. She proceeded to tie my hair into crooked drooping ponytails and didn’t even part my hair then I tried to tighten one up and she said, “who’s cutting the hair you or me?” There was no strategy cutting my hair she just butchered it. She went in there doing the opposite of what I asked for. This is not even length. There’s certain parts not even long enough for a Liberty spike. I got confused to what happened at the end but I was just distraught a professional could do this to me. Thus I could not trust the professional to “fix” my hair bc a forced pixie cut is not what I wanted. They sent me a video of the entire interaction I had made a bad sarcastic joke about writing a paper (which I did not do) about not being mad but what I thought, is that I could trust a “professional”. I have every right to leave a review.
