I received a massage from Sophie last week and my experience was very good. She was attentive to my needs and provided a massage to address my problems and not a standard "cookie cutter" massage. She also asks if you need water before and after the massage, which I appreciated. While the ambience is good, it isn't perfect. You will hear noise from above and people using the stairs. However, you're not paying for a Spa treatment either. So, given the cost of the massage, what you get is, indeed, very good. I will be back!
