Metta Spa and Massage

I came to this place because of the good reviews and they were so true!!! One of the best massage I’ve ever had. The place is very clean, the room has quiet and nice ambient, and Kat was so attentive. I had a really good night sleep after the massage, having had pain around my shoulder for a while. Definitely would recommend this place.

The rooms are spacious, providing ample comfort during the sessions, and the temperature is just right for a truly refreshing experience. I was impressed with the variety of services offered, ranging from relaxing massages to more targeted treatments for specific muscle groups. One of the standout features was the Hammer Therapy, which was incredibly effective. The soothing atmosphere, complemented by a pleasant fragrance, made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hot water and overall attention to detail made my visit even more relaxing. It’s conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Abbey Studio. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of both relaxation and targeted muscle therapy! This version includes more detail, a polished tone, and emphasizes the unique qualities of the massage center.

Metta Spa is really a great place to go anytime you need any kind of massage. They have many therapists specialised in different types of massages, from Sports massage to Thai to lymphatic drainages etc… highly recommend Kat and Toni.

I had a massage for the first time there and was not asked to fill out any details or give any details regarding me and any conditions, which I found strange as I have treatments all the time and all over. The venue was nice upstairs, but downstairs was dark and the bathroom had a washing machine and clothes dryer on ! The therapist was polite . I paid £110 for a body massage and reflexology which was done all in one , so I was not sure when one started and one ended . I left feeling fine , but the next day I could hardly move or walk very far, my lower back was in pain. Throughout the treatment the therapist touched on parts of my body that hurt and even though she apologised I felt it was done too often . I wouldn't say it was a bead treatment and I can't say if the treatment caused my back pain or it is just coincidence. I do know I won't be going back again . Thank you

The massages at Metta are amazing. The staff is courteous and polite, and the rooms are clean, and the treatment professionals are incredible. On top of that, I recently had a booking issue with Treatwell and the staff helped me resolve it so nicely. Highly, highly recommend!
