I'm a great believer in continual self-development in later life and I wanted to find some resolution for deep-seated issues that had surfaced periodically over a number of decades. Despite a little knowledge of this healing modality I was amazed at how effective Matt's assistance proved to be. Not only that he is patient and deeply accommodating as a counsellor allowing space for self-reflection and the crucial penny-drop moments. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
