Just had my hair cut done by Denise. She was great! One of the best cuts I’ve had in a long time. I’m new to town and found The Local Shoppe on Google. I was in an emergency situation due to a terrible haircut 2 weeks prior back in my hometown. Came into Charleston for my best friend’s wedding and had to find an option to get my hair fixed right. Found this shop on Google and discovered Ellery and her style seemed to match what I was looking for. Used their website to quickly and easily book Ellery for an afternoon appointment the day of my Rehearsal Dinner. After some travel mishaps, I contacted the Shoppe and was able to reschedule my appointment an hour later with no fee or issue. Upon arrival, the place is super nice, clean, and welcoming. They seem to be very prompt with their timing and duration of appointment, which in retrospect I loved. When in the chair, feel free to open up and describe exactly what you want, use pictures if you have them for reference. Ellery was very open-minded and was able to salvage and make a miracle out of my hair. I received a burst fade mullet with v shape neck trim. Came out clean! I received a ton of compliments and gave out a ton of recommendations for Ellery and the Shoppe. I live 2 1/2 hours way and I will be making the drive monthly to visit my best friend but secretly, I’m just coming for the haircuts!
