Went for my first cryotherapy session and really enjoyed it; staff was super helpful in answering all my questions. The space is very well kept and clean and I was able to get in and out very efficiently; highly recommend!

Le Chalet Cryo : An amazing experience at this luxury wellness center in the heart of London… and reasonably priced! When I entered Le Chalet Cryo, I was greeted by a very nice lady who showed me the facilities without even me asking for it. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. After my first Cryo chamber experience, I felt really energized and was really ready to start my day on the starting blocks. I loved my first experience so much, that I went back to try the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. This was also a great 40-minute experience which stimulates your entire body. Both treatments were very affordable and should you want to make it a routine, Le Chalet Cryo offers special packages! This is also a great gift for Mother’s Day, for Valentine’s Day and many more occasions!

Randomly walked by and was able to be slotted in for a trial session for £39. The young man running the store was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to know very clearly, which was good as about a minute in I thought I was going to go nuts, but remembered the comment to breath in through the nose and out through the mouth to calm. It was invigorating to say the least. Will definitely try this again
