Lavish Salon

I was cyber bullied by Tiffany Pittman Genzone after getting my hair done at this salon. I wanted some depth added to my blonde hair like color melt and a root shadow. My girl was booked out so I found a salon dt that advertised what I was looking for and made an appointment I showed up at my appointment and everything seemed ok until I noticed she dyed my entire hair brown She told me when I left to make an appointment to put a few foils in to lighten it up and it would be no big deal. So the next day I called and made an appointment she was booked out two weeks. Yesterday morning I realized I haven’t received a confirmation so I called the salon because I forgot what time I made it for. She tells me appointment has been canceled and since it’s been more than 7 days they won’t fix my hair. She said she called and left me a voicemail right after I made the redo appointment saying if I didn’t call her back within 24 hours my appointment would be void. After speaking with the receptionist they completely had my number wrong and I never got the message. I’ve been waiting two weeks wearing baseball hats and she says I’m shit out of luck. So I left them a shitty review yesterday. Then she proceeds to blast me on the Spokane stylist page telling every stylist not to touch my hair!!!! Completely rewriting the situation saying my profile pic that I took clear back in December is the hair she did totally slandering my name . I had an appointment to get it fixed and the stylist immediately canceled on me this morning . I was cyber bullied by this salon to the point I had to delete my social media. I am in the process of making an official complaint on her license.

Hands down the best salon in Spokane. Hannah is a true artist and absolutely slayed.

Better called a barber than a salon. Did a decent job at trimming the split ends but that was about it. Despite the cleaning, there was next to no scent in my hair. Despite asking to have it significantly thinned, it was still practically a bush. And on top of all that the stylist was very rough with my hair and even burned my forehead with a metal comb while they were using the hair dryer. Left feeling dissatisfied and depressed that I didn't get the uplifting and light feeling from my hair that I get after a good salon day. Not coming back.
