The worst hair experience I ever had. For an all over hair color the price isn’t the most expensive that I have done (oh maybe this is why I shouldn’t try this place ). When I came in I show the picture of the hair color to both Stacy and Emma. They said oh yes, it can be done but not exact. I said okay close to it is fine. Guess what, my hair color went back to how I came in, after 2-3 washes. At check out, it was also funny that the initially charge was $80 while on their booklet it says $75. I end up paying $75 because I said straight that when I came in with my friend to get the booklet, it said $75. In totally, I paid $80 with tip. This is also the lowest tip in give for doing hair so far because my hair hurts. I mentioned to change temp 2 times and the way my hair is being brush hurts. LOL Emma seems like she is new so I didn’t say much even till now. Because the hair was not done right, they said I could have a redo done for free. In this process, they never said, I can’t bleach my own hair or what not. First and most important, it was your salon who didn’t do the hair color right which is why I need to come back to have a hair redo. It was not that I need to change a hair color again. As a result, when I came in today, they were like oh because now your root color is different you would need to pay for the full amount to get the hair redone. LOL how could I even trust again with this kind of service. I had to tell all my friends to not even bother try this place. It such a joke and I am not going to pay for a service that I didn’t get. The funny thing today is that I got some cash from a friend which I plan to give as tip because it does take up some of her time. The thought was that although it was initially done right, now it should? Since I’m not paying for the hair, still paying a bit for the tip would be nice. Please get this ordering right (1) my hair was not done right. Thus, to fix this, you offer a free redo that we all agree to (2) when I came in the first time to fix, I ask about your bleaching price which I didn’t feel like I trust which is why I said I will just have a redo done (3) after we confirm today to have the redo, this is when you said oh because my root is different so it will be a full charge again.

Keelan Only did an amazing job at correcting my previous color… She listened to what I had to say, asked questions about what I was wanting and made my hair look amazing by the end, I asked for a slight trim and she did wonderful at that as well. The owner was there, she was welcoming, warm and inviting also.

Stacey is wonderful! She is the owner and sole stylist here; literally an AMAZING one woman show!! I've only been to this salon twice but I never want anyone else to cut or color my hair. She took my hair from a plain bob to a cute pixie with a fun color streak!! I cannot recommend this salon highly enough
