I was booked to have the laser lipo. They changed one of my treatment dates without letting me know. The operator(who told me was the manager) would not accept that I had not made this change(I told her I couldnt possibly have changed to a weekday at 10am as I work Mondays-Fridays 9-5). She was rude and brash and proceeded to tell me that she didnt care what I thought as I was only one of 1000's of her customers. At the end of the conversation she became hostile and said she was refusing to treat me altogether. A simple telephone call to advise that they had to change the date of my last treatment would have been sufficient but this company obviously doesnt understand this.Beware of this place guys and gals!!! If you are unfortunate enough to have purcahsed a deal(as I was) then I would ring up and check the validity of your appointment/s. When the management is so rude I dread to think what the treatments are like. I have lodged a complaint via watchdog, trading standards and got my money back too :)
