I purchased a Groupon voucher and wished I hadn't. I went in for a Mani/Pedi though my feet or toenails were barely touched by the therapist, who was more interested in discussing X-factor with her workmate. She didn't even push back the cuticles. After being left to wait 15 minutes in another (cold) room for another therapist to do my nails (all part of an hour treatment?) I had to stretch uncomfortably across a massage bed rather than sit at a proper nail bar (all full apparently even though I booked). My nails were hacked at with the heaviest gauge emery board, not buffed (leaving them jagged on the edges) and then covered in 2mm thick, gluggy nailpolish. The therapist looked at the empty dried out bottle and when I suggested she use a new one said "oh no, this will be fine". It wasn't.Perhaps if you pay full price it's a different story, but they shouldn't sign up for a voucher deal if they don't want to provide the service. I will never go back and would never recommend it, terrible experience.
