I recently was treated to a massage for my birthday. After a lot of research online to find a new massage therapist I found my person. Tony! Nothing but great things to say about him. Very accommodating, welcoming to his space, and great massage! During massage he went with his instincts and they were just spot on. Only thing I would change about the “spa experience” is maybe have a relax room with some calming music, water or tea. Just a chance to just relax before and/or after a massage or any other service.
Had the opportunity to experience Inspire’s salt cave this weekend and had a very welcoming experience. I was greeted with smiles and walked back to the room. I’m not sure if you can’t make it warmer in there because of the salt experience but that and some background music are all that would have brought the experience to exceptional status. I have zero complaints though - the blankets available kept me plenty warm and it was very calm and quiet, which as a mom is all the benefit I need for something to be “worth it” lol - Will definitely look at going again!
My experience with the Wellness Package, includes Salt Cave Session, Float Therapy, Foot Detox, and Sauna & Cold Plunge for $220. Unfortunately you aren’t really saving much by doing a package, regular price for everything comes to $225. First I started with the Foot Detox, it is a 30 minute session. It was an alright experience. The tub your feet are in is not connected to anything so the water gets gradually colder as you sit there. Your sitting in a massage chair that pretty much just vibrates, I would very much prefer the massage chairs that are at nail salons for example. I wish there was some kind of music playing or something because you’re just sitting there facing a wall. Also wish the WiFi password was given or wrote somewhere nearby, didn’t seem to have great service in the building. This is something I could see myself doing again if the quality was better. Regular price is $45. Next was the Sauna & Cold Plunge. You have your own personal room for this. I was given towels, a robe, and slippers. My towel has bleach stains on it… The experience wasn’t bad, but I think this would be more beneficial if done regularly. Regular price $60. After that was the Float Tank. You have to shower shampoo and wash your body before getting into the tank. Inside the tank there is a small light and meditation music playing. There buttons inside to adjust music or turn off the light. Unfortunately, the buttons were not working right and I could turn off the light. Personally I found this experience a little boring, but I might have been able to relax more had I been able to turn off the light. When done you shower again and can now use conditioner. I wish there was body lotion and face cream available after the exiting shower. Regular price $75. Lastly was the Salt Cave. It was relaxing. You have your choice of the swings or reclining lounge chair. Blanket and weighted eye masks are given. Not sure why they decided to open the door and show someone the room in the middle of my service. Regular price $45. For reference, I’ve never done a spa experience like this before, but for the price I did expect something more luxurious. For this taking over three hours I wish some kind of beverage and snack were offered. I personally don’t understand the offer of a package if the price is almost identical for the individual sessions and the experience no different.
