I was left 250 pounds worth of vouchers for my 50th birthday. Could not use them straight away as i had a knee replacement . I wrote to the trustee. Nothing.

This sounds like a case for Trading Standards or Watchdog/Rogue Traders

Like many others I have ?50 credit with this store as they were unable to continue with my treatment as the machine had been taken away. I have writtent to Nawab & Co and telephoned them twice but they are just as bad at not responding. Talab Iqbal should not be allowed to continue trading until he has paid all his staff and customers back the money he owes them. I dont know how that man sleeps at night.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that anyone can do as there is nothing been given on the receiving end. A lady wrote a complaint in the Solihull News about the same situation you and whole lot of other people are in. When Solihull News tried to contact Mr Talab Iqbal he was "unavailable for comment". The information the lady wrote regarding there contact details I would say they are your best bet.

My friend gave me a voucher that was valid for 6mths, I hadnt used it and went to book something and saw it was all shut down, the number now ex directory ?! If they have another business then they should pay up what they owe to customers with outstanding vouchers etc !! How do we go about it ?

I worked for indigo spa and was shocked that it just ceased trade the first thing me and other beauty therapists knew of it was a text to call the owners this we did and was told not to go into work as it was shut. We are all owed a months wage and holiday pay ,but have been told in not so many words that we have no chance of getting what we are owed.So as the Owners carry on with their other business we are all out of pocket.

I have also been left with vouchers, now worth nothing that were given to me as presents. Disgusting bunch!!!

Does anyone know how to contact them as I have alot of money registered with them in vouchers - presents from family. They are not replying to letters or emails. Has anyone appointed a Lawyer to pursue them - if so could you let me know and I will use the same one. Thanks
