Holistic wellness practice

I have been with Zena for over a year. She's qualified and really tune into what you need. She's hard working and really make me feel relax and less tense after and during the session. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to Zena being my therapist for many years to come.

I’ve been going to Zena for over a year for a deep tissue massage. She is brilliant in her practice and very supportive of my physical and emotional needs. Over time I have felt better and look forward to my sessions where Zena gives me targets and advice for my well-being. X

Zena is very hard working, polite and caring. Last year, I was off sick for 8 months with low back pain and sciatica which was made worse after a fall at work. I was nearly crippled. Zena visited me at home with her massage bed and gave me a massage. I have also done two sessions with her at her home and she was very good. Her massage sessions with acupuncture, etc, got me better and I went back to work. I have been managing my pains and continue to work. If I need a massage at any time, I’ll book an appointment with Zena as she is very good with her healing hands.
