This by all means this is not a negative review but more of an overall experience at this salon. Beautiful place, great customer services. I worked with Jamie about 4/5 times throughout a course of a year or less. She was great. When I first saw her, she laid down the blue print to all my haircuts going forward. She nail my haircut so well the first time I knew I was sticking around. I have pretty long hair also. Any time I came back it was for a trim, a refresh on my layers and a good blowout. I’d like to think of myself as someone who understand good hair care and good products. (Amika, Ouia, Oplex, k18 etc) But from time to time the service just became less and less. My washes weren’t well, the styling wasn’t all that great. My last cut which was a few days ago, was by far my least favorite. And mind you I was going in for a trim. I can do a good wash, with a detoxify and hydrating shampoo at home a lot better. And my blowout was dry, rough, no shine and not soft. For $90+tip. I feel like it wasn’t a consistent experience. So overall the consistency wasn’t there. Moving forward I think I will be finding something else, and someone who can teach me about hair care, and how to Maximize my products at home, and what to use and what not to use. That’s the type of experience I look for, something educational and a blowout that will rock my world!

This place is great! They rent their chairs to stylists, so your best bet would actually be checking out some of the stylists’ Instagram accounts for ideas on the hair they do and a type of result you can get. I am actually very excited that I have found Austin. She did a great work on my hair, and the result really reminded me of my favourite hairdresser in Australia I use to go to. Definitely will be coming back. Another tip for you, the salon on Googlemaps shows as Closed over the weekend/Monday. But that just means that there is no receptionist there. All you need to do is confirm your appointment time with the specific hair stylist and they will let you in and out. Be sure to have your “inspiration picture” ready, to make the process a little bit smoother and help your stylist with planning.

A perfect mix of laid back and upscale Holiday has such an awesome vibe and you can really tell they've gone the extra mile for their clients with all the little touches. Gorgeous salon and gorgeous hair every time!!
