I have been to Headmasters in Harrow a few times. The salon itself if nice and has a good atmosphere, it is clean, you are offered refreshments and it feels quite classy.I have only had one bad experience when I had a full head of highlights. The foils were done too far apart and I had a stripy / patchy look which I wasn't pleased about given the amount I had paid and I had specified that I would like it to look natural. They were very good and apologised and I had it redone for free by a great stylist and I was then happy except for spending double the time in the salon.Saying that I have been there a few times and most the times the stylists are professional and nice and you leave feeling very pampered. You feel like a valued customer and I am always made to feel welcome and comfortable.

I went to the salon for a hair cut and was offerred a treatment. I declined. When they were washing my hair the stylist said - he's going to apply the treatment so that I can try it. I reluctantly said 'ok' thinking it was a free trial. When it came to paying they charged me £15 for the treatment. I am waiting for a refund. This is not honest behaviour - basically I was conned into accepting a 1 minute 'treatment' for £15. A treatment that I did not want or know what is actually was. Needless to say I am striking this salon off my list
