I won’t be going back. I paid quite a bit of money for minimal results. I will say I didn’t say anything at the time of service as I was nervous and was told the color would show more as time went on a bit. I did eventually call and they were willing to fix it, but I got extremely weird vibes going back, as if I was being judged so I ultimately decided to cancel the re-do. I’m grateful they were open to fixing it, I just didn’t feel comfortable from start to finish. I will be going somewhere else next time. They do make you feel as though it is your fault even though it is partially the hair stylist as well. One more thing was when I called to schedule the first appointment (as I had never been here) I asked to have a higher level stylist which I did not get either. Again, appreciate the kindness in being open to re-color, but just wish I didn’t pay $250+ for a very minimal change in my hair looks. I wouldn’t NOT recommend this place. Just be clear in your wants and can feel very rushed and judged at times.

I seriously cannot express how much I love how my haircut turned out! I was feeling pretty low about my appearance because my hair was in bad shape, but now I feel so much more confident! I really appreciated that Darby switched up how she would usually cut a shag because she took my natural texture into account, and gave me a list of product recommendations that will help get my hair healthy again. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back at the end up summer like we discussed! :D

By far one of the best stylist I have had the honour of sitting in their chair. Her work stopped me in my tracks when I moved to Fargo. A women came out of the salon and I stopped her and asked where she got her hair done cause it was STUNNING. And thank you to that lady for not gate keeping. She sent me right up into the talented hairs of Stephanie. Kind warm friendly and genuinely a gem of a person. She cares for you and your hairs health. She has been beyond helpful and honest when asking questions about after care. As well as how the best way of achieving my hair goals. While improving the health of my hair. ( I’m a brunette she makes blonde ) I can’t imagine my hair in another human hands again. I can’t say enough good things about her.
