I got a haircut here and I wholeheartedly regret it. When I left the salon I couldn't get over what a mess I thought my hair was. It just looked so bad and uneven, my hair looked choppy and I hated it. When I went back a few days later to complain (something I've never down before but I was just furious enough to do so), David didn't really seem to care and wasn't sympathetic even though he could see I was visibly upset and completely dissatisfied. If a customer is unhappy it is the business' responsibility to the paying customer to ensure they are happy and don't feel like they wasted their money. I will never return here.
