Gentlemen's Grooming

They are extremely fast when it comes to walk-ins. I will be attending again for my hair cut. Very experienced in hair styling and trimming. If you are someone who likes to get their eyebrows waxed I would reconsider. My barber was however obviously very nervous about waxing my eyebrows and did not meet my expectations. when I travel back to this town I do consider getting my haircut here but will find someone else more qualified to wax my eyebrows.

Recently went in to get a trim on my haircut and somehow left looking worse than I came in. Hairdresser rushed through my haircut, leaving patches and uneven sides. Bad haircut and not exactly the best customer service.

What started out as a one-star review turned to a three-star review because a second stylist/barber was able to salvage what the first stylist/barber left me with - which wasn't much. My first time coming here, so you never know what to expect. The place looks nice, and they have a decent layout, but the proof is in the results. To make things easy, I keep a picture on my phone of me with a good haircut. Side and back. Usually, all I have to say is, "Make it look like that" and the stylist/barber nods and gets to work. Same thing happened here, but when I looked in the mirror... nope. It was so bad, my wife said, "You didn't actually pay for that, did you?" I did. I went back the next day and the same stylist/barber that messed things up the first time was going to try to fix it (which is what they do). When she still didn't understand what went wrong, I was handed over to MarToya, who did a great job and did the best she could with what was left - which wasn't much. MarToya wrote what to ask for next time on the back of her business card to make things even easier.
