I have been to gallipot 5 times from July 2024 - February 2025 My first experience was okay. Reasonable prices, calm and comforting environment, and I got what I asked for after having extremely terrible experiences with other stylists and salons. I came back in November to touch up my color but change it to get a highlight retouch and permanent red/purple color and get a trim and shorten my face framing layers. The trim was okay, but the cut for my face framing was way too far back and made me decide to never get my hair cut by this stylist again. I couldn't really see any color change as I had asked for and when I got home I realized that the color actually didn't change at all. I contacted the stylist, and she got me back in exactly 1 week later in December. She fixed it complimentary because she wanted me to love my hair. It looked great, however after only 3 washes over the course of 2 weeks, the color was completely gone. At this point I could not afford to come in and pay to have it fixed, so I just dealt with it and waited for my next scheduled appointment in February. That appointment was rescheduled because the stylist had to go out of town so my appointment was moved to the following week. As that appointment got closer, I got another call to reschedule my appointment so my stylist could go to the farmers market. I expressed my disappointment in being rescheduled for a second time when I was already extremely anxious to fix my hair and so I was scheduled with a different stylist. At that appointment, I explained what happened and how I was unhappy in the past. This stylist was also nice and seemed to understand what I wanted (which is permanent color). Unfortunately, again, the color washed out over 3 washes so I contacted this stylist to see if we could fix my hair. Her manager called me and said they would fix it for about $80. I expressed this was hard as I've already given them well over $200 in the recent months and was extremely unhappy with my hair, but this was the only solution I was offered. I accepted and came in 2 weeks later. The stylist and her trainer took the time to listen to me and help me, after informing me the stylist from July and November was fired for "cutting corners" and having "a few complaints". I am now here only 3 weeks later with my color almost completely gone again. The color did last longer this time, but no permanent color should be this faded after only 4 or 5 washes, so I feel as though I was lied to again for a third time about what was being done to my hair. All of my trust in hair care professionals is now gone again, I am out well over $300 now, and I still dislike my hair. I give 0 stars for my experience, but 1 for the environment such as hot towels, twinkly lights in the shampoo room, and complimentary beverages.

I recently visited Gallipott Salon for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. The salon is modern and clean, and they use top-notch products. Lexi, the hairstylist who did my blowout, was absolutely amazing. She was professional and gave me one of the best blowouts I've ever had, which says a lot since I get blowouts at least twice a month. Lexi is very friendly and easy to talk to, making the experience even better. You won't be disappointed at Gallipott. Their service is excellent, and I highly recommend booking with Lexi!

I am in love with this salon!! I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Bella, who is so talented and fun. I came in with a hair color I was not loving and left with a color that I'm absolutely in love with thanks to Bella! She was so knowledgeable and came up with a variety of options to see what I'd be comfortable with. I trusted her judgment on what would work best for me and I'm so happy I did. Bella was very kind and easy to talk to, she made me laugh lots and the time flew by. The salon has a great and cozy vibe, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere overall. The price was extremely reasonable for the level of care you get at Gallipott. I can't wait to keep getting my hair done here!
