What a terrible gym!! They tempt people with promises of a low cost, no frills gym. However, the old proverb "you get what you pay for" couldn't apply more. The gym is run-down, low maintenance and the equipment tired. Personal trainers seem to be freelancers who pay the gym - thats seems to be how it makes its money. There are usually no more than 2 staff on at any time and they are generally unapproachable. The shower and toilet facilities very very poor, cramped and visibly unclean. Lockers often have keys missing and break regularly. They are seldom cleaned and the plan of the changing rooms is totally open. Very basic kit. Harsh artificial lights and plenty of people passing through membership, with the place alternating between being deserted during the day and then filled to capacity with long waits for equipment usage at the usual peak times. Don't expect to be treated well by the accounts people too, they only care about the money and will give you a very hard time even for an honest mistake. Do not take the 12 month contract if you decide to spend your time here, its worth paying a little extra and knowing you can go as and when you want with monthly membership. Bare bones in the extreme and really I'd be straining to say anything positive. Horrible place, bad equipment and unfriendly staff.
