They're very happy to take your money and tell you how wonderful the facilities are. As soon as you're a member they no longer care about you. The service for the so called "Black Label" is absolutely rubbish. The stairs to the swimming pool have been broken for the past few months. The Sauna has been broken for a month. They always say that it will take a few days and now it's been a month. I complained to head office and the funny thing is they say it will take three days for them to look into this. For crying out aloud, am I asking too much for head office to call the branch and find out and let me know in an hour. Trust me whatever you do, don't sign up with them especially Thomas More Square.
