Terrible. Awful lash lift. Lashes are unevenly lifted, Some are frizzy and some bend downwards. Some are so over lifted they bend backwards and get stuck when I blink. Also left me covered in eyelash tint claiming can't clean them properly for 24 hours. I mean covered like a 5 year old applied eyeliner. Technician left stuff on way too long whilst doing the nails of a walk in appointment - I heard the whole thing through the open door. Also the room was filthy! Marks all over walls and sink was just full of dirt. Avoid.

I regret coming here for a lash lift so so much. It looks awful, the lashes are so over processed that they’re sticking into my eyelid and the girl ripped off skin next to my eye with tape leaving me with an open wound. I am going to have to pay more now to have the lashes fixed somewhere else but can’t until this wound heals. Absolutely shocking - I will be requesting a refund and if I’m not given one will report to trading standards. DO NOT COME HERE FOR LASH LIFT!!
