Euphoria Spa

I called and asked if they have women only days ( for religious purposes I require segregation), the man on the phone lied and said they did and booked me and my friend in. I got there and the first thing i see is a man in swim shorts. The receptionist had no idea about a women only day and told me the male clients is leaving in a hour and i could come Back as theres no other male clients coming after him. She forgot to mention there is a male facility worker that just walks around the entire spa, also a male client came in just before we left. It’s a small spa and not much privacy. The steam room wasn’t even working, the jacuzzi looked like it needed a clean. The scrub was ok not great and no one gave us any gloves that we were supposed to receive complimentary because they had ‘run out’. The decor of the spa is pretty, it’s very aesthetically pleasing for those who love taking pictures for the gram, but a waste of money for the actual service. The foyer and waiting area had LED lights everywhere and looked like you’re entering a nightclub. Staff were polite. The changing room was another issue, its so small and theres no actual cubicles to change in. One shower had a Door and the other shower didn’t. Theres one small toilet. The open changing area had one tiny bench and table as you can see from the photos. It was crowded and again lack of privacy. The only positive is that it was clean. The only staff i can fault is the man ( i think called Adam) who lied and said they have women only days. If you want a real hammam experience where you leave with your body clean after a good scrub and dont care about taking nice pictures, go to old hamam in Edmonton or the turkish bath hamam in Stoke Newington.

The spa was super clean, and the jacuzzi temperature was perfect not too hot, not too cold. The massage was definitely the highlight. It was done by a man (I wish I remembered his name), and honestly, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Next time, I’ll definitely bring some friends along!

The perfect spa, loads of different rooms ranging from a sauna, green room, moroccan chamber, banya & many more. Also one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Lastly, Gemma was very lovely and attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this spa!

I enjoyed a spa morning with my grandma today, we had 2 hour access along with a self applied face mask. It is a very small spa but has everything you would want, the jacuzzi was a nice temperature and the steam/sauna rooms were lovely. There is an ice machine for you to cool yourself down with which i particularly liked. We went with a face mask and it was lovely, it was very thick but did wonders for our skin. Fresh cucumber or lemon water on offer and towels are complimentary, we had to pay £5 for robe and slipper hire but I think this is very reasonable. Facilities were kept clean and changing rooms were nice, I can see if it's busy that it would feel overcrowded but it was perfect on a Monday morning. Staff were also lovely, overall an amazing spa!
