Eric does a fantastic job focusing on the problem areas but also makes sure he gives a thorough massage all over with a mix of soft and strong hands!!! Very relaxing and beneficial!!

Eric at the west ashley location was by far one of the best masseuse's I have ever had. Would really recommend coming and spending and hour with him!! Money well spent!!

I have had a consistently frustrating experience with Elements Massage due to ongoing disorganization, miscommunication, and a lack of professionalism from management and front desk staff. While the massage therapists and estheticians themselves have been kind and professional, the turnover rate is extremely high, making it difficult to establish any consistency. My first massage was not a good experience, and while I appreciated being offered a free massage as a courtesy, it took multiple back-and-forth conversations with staff to make it right. When I finally came in for that appointment, I was assured that it would not count toward my membership, but the front desk mistakenly applied it to my monthly session. I was told a manager would review my account and follow up—no one ever did. The next time, I booked a facial, but just 15 minutes before my appointment, I received a call saying I was scheduled for a massage instead. I had already completed all of the necessary facial paperwork and then had to redo everything last-minute. The front desk staff also seemed confused when I reminded them that my session should count toward my monthly membership rather than being charged as an additional service—again, because no one followed up on the previous miscommunication. On two separate occasions, I finally found a massage therapist I liked and rescheduled with them, only to later receive a call informing me they no longer worked there, forcing me to reschedule yet again. While I understand that turnover happens in any business, the frequency here is unusually high, making it impossible to rely on their services long-term. To top it off, when I finally decided I wanted to cancel my membership, I asked to speak with the owner to discuss my concerns before my next billing cycle. Instead of a direct conversation, I was forced to communicate through text with another employee acting as a middle person. When I asked if the owner herself could call me directly, rather than texting back and forth with a staff member relaying messages, I was told she would be in touch within a few days. That call never came—until two weeks later, when the staff attempted yet another last-minute change to my next and final appointment. At that point, I had to remind them that I was still waiting to hear from the manager. The lack of communication, accountability, and organization at this location has been incredibly frustrating. I expected a relaxing and seamless experience, but instead, I encountered repeated mistakes and a complete lack of customer service from management. The massage therapists and estheticians are wonderful, but the revolving door of staff and the disorganization from leadership make it difficult to have a consistent, stress-free experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership here—there are plenty of other spas and massage studios that value their clients and operate far more efficiently.
