I had fingers and toes gel nails done and although my toes looked ok my fingernails looked dreadful. They are lumpy and bumpy not smooth at all. The topcoat she put on was wet when she put the cuticle oil on and rubbed it in and smudged the topcoat. When I told her she did it again but was not very professional. She just said sit there until it dries. I am gutted as I am going on holiday in a couple of days. I WILL NEVER USE CROWDS AGAIN
