Cream Hair

Ive been going to Cream Hair for some time now and I have always been pleased with the results. Howeverthe staff could do with going on a people skills course as it is not the friendliest of salons and you do not get pampered. Julie looks after her clients very well but Paula has a different attitude. She is forever going off to have personal telephone conversations, talking to other people while she is doing your hair and doesn't seem to have her mind on what she is doing. When I was there recently she was cutting my hair but ignoring me and talking to someone else and the cut wasn't very good. She doesn't seem to care about her clients the same way Julie does. Also the head massage, which is very good in some salons is rubbish here and doesn't last very long. I was so upset by Paula's attitude that I'm now looking for a different hairdresser. I was made to feel invisible and felt very upset.
