Rolfing appointments with Eric Maklan. I appreciate the individual attention to my specific needs. Eric is a true professional. He is addressing my many needs while taking into account my lifestyle. I would highly recommend rolfing to anyone who has not tried it!

Today will be the final session of the 10 sessions series for me. Along with the weekly session itself, Eric has provided me tons of physical and mental practices to incorporate throughout my day to day. I can say that I am forming new habits that take better care of my body and I am grateful for the experience/journey we've shared over the last couple months. If you are looking for change and aren't afraid of homework, I would highly recommend.

I had never even heard of Rolfing a few months ago - I was just willing to accept that after the age of 60 I would be less flexible, have some consistent pains and feel less energetic about doing physical activities. A friend told me that her physical therapist recommended Eric and Rolfing for her shoulder pain - I was very skeptical and starting researching what the process involved. It sounded interesting and I thought I would give it a try. So happy that I did! I found Eric to be professional and informative and I felt like a different person after the first session - maybe my facia was really in need of adjustment - but I found each session very beneficial . Now that my 10 sessions have ended I plan to go back periodically forever - thank you Eric
